Marie-Claire Pascal spent her early career in intercultural communication, with a passion for translation and education that would soon lead her into the world of marketing and communications. She is a woman who loves hands-on contact and interpersonal relations.
She would combine managerial positions in marketing communication as an entrepreneur as well as with advertising agencies and major advertisers with professional positions in procurement, working for 25 years on horizontal and international projects. She brings passion, creativity and operational expertise to the management of marketing-communication projects. Curious, open, and customer-oriented, she positions herself at the intersection of sales, marketing and procurement: “My goal is to create competitive advantage for my clients. That is why I am passionate about supporting them in developing innovative and highly-effective services that provide meaningful results.”
It is this passion that would lead her to work with companies from Tupperware to Essilor International, as well as the Publicis group, Altavia, Prévoir, the French Ministry of the Interior, the Royal Danish Embassy, the La Poste group and IGN. Working with Apple, she would drive Apple Expo’s rise to the position of the premier corporate event in Europe, successfully managing the challenge of multiple high-profile product launches while guaranteeing brand consistency and guiding media strategy.
Building on this experience, as well as her innate eye for creative solutions and passion for team-building and skills development, Marie-Claire would launch MARCOM Performance, helping to create synergies and collaboration between procurement and marketing communications departments. Working in the service of building brands, she is a game-changer that works with professionals and departments to transform hard and soft skills in marketing communication and procurement. She contributes to the establishment of a transversal approach whose aim is brand development and improved business profits.
